Bad service

My daughter ordered a cheese sandwich last night and received a cheese and tomato sandwich. She is allergic to tomato. We called the centre to complain but Warren told us its closing time and we must call back today. Your app does not allow for customers to select the add-ons that they want. It should allow us to select tomatoes or cheese etc. Please replace her sandwich as she is very upset.
