Bad Service

We visited M&B Lakesid on 24-06-2015 for a quick lunch. We ordered 2 x Bakers Plates - Consisting of A Croissant with Preserves, ham and Yogurt and 1 x Kiddies Chicken Nuggets and Fries. After waiting for more than half an hour, we walked to the kitchen to find out what the delay with our order was. The first excuse was they were training new chefs. The second excuse was, the oil was cold. The Waiters - who we do not hold responsible - did not know what to tell the customers any more. After waiting another 15 minutes, we finally received our food. The croissants was burned, and drenched in oil. The chicken nuggets was burned and dry and the fries was not cooked properly. The kitchen and food service was pathetic. The manageress did not give us an acceptable excuse for the extremely poor service. We received a LSM Promo Discount of R25.04 on our total bill. Unfortunately the discount does not make up for the poorly trained kitchen staff. We will not be visiting this M&B outlet again, and will ensure that our friends does not visit this M&B outlet again.
