Bad service

<p>On friday @ 1pm went to Mug&bean for my lunch ordered food and a bottomless cherry ****tail juice, the waitress named Siza never once came to my table to check if i am still fine or happy with my order nor the service. Finished my juice and didnt get a refill since it was a bottomless, up until one of the waitress point it out to her collegues not aware that im hearing them and not using a business language. I called one of the waiters pulled the menu booklet asking for clarity on what bottomless means in their restuarent. I left with no apology, I was not a happy customer at all.
