Bad service

My family and I decided to have breakfast at the Mugg and Bean in the Sun City hotel. The service we recieved was shocking. We order coffee and out meals at the same time 20 min later the wrong coffee order arrived we sent it back a few minutes later we called the manager to ask about our food, she quickly rushed off ( we thought to check on our order) 10 min after that we had no response from the manager or waiter . We had no choice but to leave the resturant as we where at this point disappointed at the quality of service and very hungry. This was very bad service and we were not the only customers that had complaints of this resturant.
