Bad service

I have been to many of your restaurants and been happy, but the disgusting service my husband and I received at your branch in Gold Reef City Theme Park has left a bd taste in my mouth. On the 3rd of January my husband and I tried to go to your restaurant. We waiting by the sign that said "please wait to be seated". Many waiters passed us and no one even took notice of us, we then noticed another group of people who merely walked in and sat down and were served, even though we had been waiting for at least 20 minutes. Unfortunately we decided to leave as we were hungry and no longer wanted to be ignored.
