Bad service

So yesterday I was in rosebank for a day. My family and I went to mark and bean for a quick lunch. When we got there, the was no one to receive us. We took by the door for like about 20 minutes. From where we were standing, we can see what the waitresses were doing. They had their small table that holds the menus there. A few of them were just standing and none of them received us. We started talking about their behavior while looking at them, one of them noticed and started walking towards us and offered us a table. All good and well. She gets the menus and she walks away, never took our order for drinks nothing. We were with a 5 year old, we didn't even get a kids menu for him. Nonetheless, we look for something that he can have in the main menu. We were sitting there unattended to for 30 minutes or so, the same person who gave us a table was standing were she was when we arrived-she was still standing and couldn't be bothered. So we decide to go eat elsewhere, I walk straight to her and asked for a manager, she answered and she's in fact the supervisor 🤔 like wow...and I said to her, do you know you left us sitting for over 30 minutes without attending to us? She's like ohhh no I didn't. She offered us to sit and she herself will attend to us, what a laughing joke this 😂 was. At this stage I don't even want to spend my money there at all at all. Very bad reception, poor service 😢 probably the food is also as bad as the front service 😕 😬 🙄 so we ended up at Fournos and spend R1960 For lunch and take aways. I am noticing the amount, because this is the business that they lost from me, and I am never returning to them never never again 🙃 period
