bad serice and bad attitude
I normally buy my chai tea at mugg and bean in illovo, oxford street in the morning. But if you go there in the evenings when the lady that is a cashier is not there. This .guy does as he wants gives u a chati tea full of powder. This was the second time he had done this when the u order u ask that he makes it strong and hot. He told me i can get my money back bad gave me attitude. Will never go there again. He told me that every body complaints about the chai tea and if i want another scoop i must pay for it. However if he works in the morning he makes right and have never had issues with my chai tea. He told me to report him if i want his name is nkosi. Mugg and bean allows employees to treat their customers like that.
