Bad management

Mug and bean in carnival mall, I was there last night with my family, I asked a waiter bring me a bottle of tomato sauce and refill my drink, wait until we finished our meal,nothing happened, I got the drink from the bar by myself. The waiter never showed up,the knifes and forks were dirty, I has to rinse them in a glass of water before we use .really bad experience,never go there again.
