Bad food

Hi there,

I was at the N1 City branch yesterday because I had no intention of cooking and decided to give Mugg & Bean a try for the first time in my life.

Although I appreciate the few vegan options on the menu, I have to mention that I was terribly disappointed with the Kasbah salad. To put it mildly, it was an oily mess. It was bitter and there were no condiments served with it either. In fact, I honestly feel like I was ****** of R90 for such a horrible tasting salad.

I would go as far as to say that this item should be removed from the menu entirely.

Before that, I also had the vegan nachitos - Wow! The vegan cheese was absolutely non-existent and my entire pallet was left with a sour taste that completely enveloped my mouth to the point where I because nauseous.

I honestly don't even care about bad customer service, but what I do care about is that my food is at least edible and doesn't make me sick. I would like to mention also that because of the amount of oil that the kasbah salad was soaked in, this left me suffering from terrible heartburn all day and night and I could not sleep because of it.

Please relook at these two items on the menu to save someone else from this horrible experience in the future.
