Bad experience at Mugg & Bean Three Rivers

I invited friends for breakfast at Mugg & Bean Three Rivers a week ago. The lady that served us, was unprofessional, rude and appeared to be really lazy and not in the mood to serve. The menu states that you have a choice between rosemary potato wedges, sweet potato chips or a salad. Not one of us were offered the choice and when the food arrived, we all received potato chips, that was not even one of the choices on the menu. Our table was not cleared at all and I had to stand up to take some of our empty tins and dishes away, because it was luring flies to the table. There are no provision made to chase away the flies and the doors are left wide open. This was a very embarrassing experience. When we were finished with our unpleasant meal and wanted to settle the bill, the person that served our table was, once again, nowhere to be found. After waiting for about 20 minutes we called the Manager, who then gave us the bill to pay and (needless to say!), there was a mistake on the bill! I will not recommend this specific Mugg & Bean to anyone, although I've been to other Mugg & Bean restaurants where I received good meals and better service than at Three Rivers. I believe all Mugg & Bean restaurants should make an effort to train their waiters.
