Bad experience

I was so disappointed with the meal I ordered today at Mugg n Bean Somerset Mall (I ordered Pit Boss BBQ Grill). The steak & boerwors tasted awful, hard and super dry (I asked for Medium to Well), buffalo wings tasted old and had a funny smell, corn was wilted. To top it off, one of the Staff was busy sweeping in between the tables while we were eating and did not even apologise for that. I normally visit other Mugg n Bean restaurants and never had such experience, this was my first and last visit.
