BAD EMPLOYEE RELATIONS

<p>I am a daily visitor to Mug a Bean kollonade for the past 5 years-visiting the restaurant in my personal capassity but mostly for business meetings</p> <p>Managers-Pieter,Eureka and Gift got to know me very well as has some of the waiters</p> <p>Over the past 5 years waiters as Faith-who received a R1000-00 tip for exelent services for which she received no commentdation from the managers and I took it on me personally to fund a frame and ask Pieter to compliment her for work well done as she is an asset to the company as a whole as I am in clientservices and marketing myself</p> <p>She was victomised in a very suttle way from that day and had to work a double shift withour pre warning at some stage-but asked to be excused as she is a single mom and have to pic up her two babies at the crech-for which she received a written waarning and later dismissed</p> <p>I can name a few outstanding waiters with extremely good and proffesional cclient services but is scared for the being victimised it was with Faith who I complimented on HELLO PETER</p> <p>The two mentioned managers have no people s****s and will whenever I visit stay for long visits at my table sharing their personal lives and experiences</p> <p>I propose that you send this managers on a people s****s and customer service course and use Gift as a example of humbleness and proffesional customer services</p> <p>In the long run it is by the lack of people s****s by two of your managers that the company will loose business</p> <p>Waiters who is exelent in their work is being victimised by two insecure managers who is abusing their position as the management team</p>
