BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES

<p>So this morning me and friend decided to go have breakfast for my birthday the previous day. We decided to go to Mugg and Bean East Rand Mall I've been there by 06:47 and I asked them what time do they start operating, so the guy told me 07:00. So I went in at about 07:06. I asked the waiter for a cappuccino as I waited for my friend. At 07:17 I received my cappuccino which was so cold and I ordered my friends cappuccino which took another 5 mins. Which we ordered breakfast at 07:24. We only received our breakfast at 07:46. At the same time I ordered 2 extra toasts which took 10 mins. I had to go check up to go and see how far my toast where. Is that really the time it takes to have a 15 min breakfast? I always thought Mugg and Bean is up to standard but that's nothing what I had experienced </p>
