Bad customer service from Zinhle at mugg&bean

I went to mugg&bean at Montrose on the 29th November 22:57 we ordered 2 hot chocolates but we were given 2 white hot chocolate.i took it back to them so that they can fix my order but no they decided to add more chocolate to it and it was extra sweet still doesn’t taste like what i ordered.the biggest problem now my fiancé should not drink sweet things it made him sick.I was helped by Zinhle but when i come back she didn’t bother to help me they didn’t even apologise so we had to throw it away our R68.90 was gone like that.
