Bad Customer Service from Manager

Mugg & Bean, East London, Hemingways Mall.

Manager customer service was so bad (maybe because of the colour of my and family skin-blacks).

We make an order, hot drinks which are supposed to come with cookies. We enquire from the waiter that was serving us who then reffered the matter to the manager. The manager comes to our table and asks “What’s up” with some ugly attitude. We tell her then she doesn’t even respond to the enquiry but then rather tell the waiter to tell the baker to bake and walks away without even apologizing for the inconvenience. (Manager: Imelda).

After waiting for 35 minutes, our food comes. One order was so cold that you could tell it has been standing out without being served for a long time. The other comes incomplet, and what was outstanding sent separately.

Besides the food, the managers attitude towards my family and I was so disgusting.
