Bad customer service at Mugg and Bean Canal Walk
I am a regular Mugg and Bean customer and up until today...I have been more than satisfied with their service. <br> <br> Today when i asked for a table for 1...the waiter responded by saying to me that there is no space for my stroller. What i expected was for the waiter to make space that would allow me to move the stroller through. That to me would have been good customer service, non of which he displayed to me. <br> <br> I told him that I would find another restaurant/coffee shop to go to and even at that point he did not even try to find a way to make it work. I am really disappointed with the service i received today and did not realise that Mugg and Bean is not baby friendly.<br> <br> Your waiter cost you a customer today thus decreasing your profit margins.
