Bad customer Service

This morning I went to mugg & Bean For some coffee and a ****in. The staff that assisted me didn't great me. The coffee and ****in wasn't served good. They gave me a big plastic bag for 1 ****in. When I ask the staff what the bag was for. He rep**** We don't have any other bags. And then the coffee was served spilled over the cup. I ask them is this the wat they serve there customer's I got no response. I then further requested them to cancel the food. The staff member Adams that was in charge argued with\WHY DON'T I TAKE IT". He then cancel the food and gave me my money back. He rep****\""give him his change and just let him leave\"". I didnt had a problem with the food it's the experience I got that was terrible. The staff at Mugg and bean Century City should learn to treat they customers with respect. """
