Bad customer service

<p>I went to Northgate Mugg and Bean on 14th May 2017 for mother's day what a poor service I received that ruined my day. I arrived at the restaurant at 14:57 since I was offered a seat and given menu by the lady called Margie no one attended me to come take my order. I was waiting there for 20 minutes until I asked for the manager .She offered that she will give me the meal for free, the food I was given was cold the roll was stale and no one came to ask how are the food. I received my meal at 15:42 and the rude waiter who came to ask me at first if I am ready to order and ignored me , served my food and he did not offer good service until I complain again to the manager.she apologises but I felt lost in the restaurant because people were looking at me and I decided to ask for take away and leave the place which was not my plan</p>
