Bad Client Service

My husband and I wanted to have breakfast at Mugg and Bean Jean Crossing Centurion this morning. It was rather cold and inside was full. We decided to sit outside. Were the 1st couple outside. Ordered our drinks, received and ordered food. After us came people and also sit outside. 45 minutes later we have not received our food but the people that arrived after us, received their food. I went to the cashier after I called the waiter and she did not come, requested the bill and the manager. Still didn't received our food. Received the bill but the manager did not want to speak with us. I am very disappointed in this store's client services.
