BAD BAD SERVICE

Mugg and Bean at Potchefstroom Mooirivier Mall seervice for the fourth time is pathetic. I have not complained the previous 3 times altough I have walked out before when they took too long with my order. Today I ordered a bottomless coffee. She brought me a filter coffee (which I only saw when I got the account). When I want asked her to bring me another cup of coffee she ignored me and helped another customer. I had to yell helo to get attention. The waitress still ignored me and the manager came. Seems that this service dont even bother the manager at all. We canceled our food and paid for the drink. Without a tip. Very very bad service. Can not believe this of such a francise. Every time they either get the order wrong or we wait forever. I have to mention she also got my daughters order wrong. I will go there again just to see if the waiters have been trained now. You are welcome to phone me ***. The waitress who does not know how to serve customers name is Patientce. Please train her to trear all customers equal.
