Bad attitude, poor service

On three occasions we have had the worst service at M&B in Paarl. We had to wait between 30-45 min for a cup of tea. The second time the manageress took care of the bill. Yesterday, 3 Dec, we encountered a waitress without any interest in serving us, looking down the concourse while taking our order. Another waitress just about threw my cooldrink onto the table and after about 30 min we still did not have the cup of tea, which my friend categorically refused at that stage. A manager came to us, but we did not know the waitress' name involved. I asked the 'hostess' for the waitress' name. She said to me: \I am a hostess
