Bad attitude from meika

I called Mugg and bean Highveld and spoke to a lady named Meika and I placed an order and I said I will collect my order,when I went to collect I was told I can't swipe my card as the food is on special and it takes cash only and I didn't have cash on me and the lady didn't say this when I placed my order. She didn't bother to apologize for the inconvenience but instead she said to me " I thought you knew when you ordered" I had to walk out without my order to get cash then come back. The lady "Meika" didn't come to give me my order, instead someone else helped me. Her service was very bad and her attitude was worse. A sincere apology would have been nice.
