Bad attitude at Mugg and Bean On the go

Went to get a quick bite because I was starving at the on the go mugg and bean. I am not from around Hazyview and I cannot speak the language. so when I got in the shop, I spoke in English to be neutral but Londiwe the cashier insisted on speaking Swati. I explained to her in English that I cannot understand her and she refused to speak English. I felt very offended when I spoke to another worker to explain if she can help me because Londiwe refused. The other worker said she works on the total side and cannot help. when I asked her to explain to Londiwe to speak English, londiwe then said that I need to stop it and because I can understand her well. she was full of attitude and I left the shop without buying anything at all. I am very disappointed to get such stubborn attitude in a town where it's filled with tourists from different walks of life.
