Bad attitude and wanting to embaress us

We went into Mugg & Bean Clearwater for brunch as we normally do, with a trolley (the restaurant is in in a shopping centre!). The managers (both Louise) ORDERED us to take it outside. I refused reason being there is no one watching it (I had valuables in it). The manager said no we will not watch your trolley. My husband said that we have been allowed in previously with a trolley. The one manager began to scream at my husband that if we won't move the trolley then we must get out. All this in front of a full restaurant of patrons, making us feel embarrassed. She then threatened to push the panic button and call security if we do not get out immediately, again on top of her voice. We spend money there weekly and would expect to be respected as patrons. Mugg & Bean have lost faithful customers who will spread the word of the shocking attitude of the managers of the restaurant. You would expect them to handle such a situation with respect and a polite manner when in fact they were the complete opposite. I have never felt so disrespected and embarrassed. From such a respected franchise, I would have expected so much better from your staff!
