Bad attitude

So disappointed and dissatisfied With the treatment and disrespect with the client service received and witnessed from waiter's by the name of Palesa and some of her colleagues in Mugg and Bean in Suncoast Casino.(Durban)

This ladies needs proper training in Customer service. There are rude and have no patience. Just because a client speaks a different language that's doesn't mean they doesn't understand you. Their behavior is bad they have bad attitude.
