Bad apple at Mooi River Mall

Good day! Please first of all it is not 'Mugg and Bean' - I love M&B! We travel all over the country and our go to restaurant is M&B. It is their shop in Mooi River Mall Potchefstroom!!! The service as well as the food got worse over a period of time. We were there again over the past week end ... my coffee came first, then came the cake and then came the food!!! The coffee (Americano) came with milk instead of pouring cream - had to wait for the cream and the coffee was almost cold and finish when the cake arrived and then came the chicken strips with the sauce in a plastic cup from a packaging place. The strips were crumbs instead of chicken. To top it off the waiter was talking to someone on the other side while we trying to complain. I did not ask for the manager. If the manager allow such loud conversations I know for sure that he would also allow the bad service and bad food. That was my last visit to that particular M&B. I tried to contact their customer service online but it gave me errors twice ... and that is why I resort to this platform. Thank you for your time!
