Bad advertising

We were at the Mug and Bean on Monday 2nd October at around 3.30 the cleanliness of the shop was not great. The service was awful the food arrived almost cold then took a while for the waitress to come and ask if we wanted anything else we asked for the special on-the-table card cappuccino and cake. To be told that it was not on the system. Well, that is not good enough the manager arrived to tell us the same thing, well sorry for you if you advertise something you must provide it. We were made to feel awful. This is not the first time I have had issues with Mug and Bean shops.
