Bad!
We visited Mugg and Bean Potchefstroom on Saturday 29 August at 09h15. The restaurant was not even half full but there was no one to greet us or to show us to a table. Service was slow and unfriendly. When the waiter put the Brazilian Mocha in front of my daughter, the waiter spilled the coffee and had to fetch a cloth for cleaning the table. And that was that. As soon as my daughter removed the paper cup from the cake (chocolate cupcake with donation for cancer), she noticed how old and dry it was. We tried in vain to catch any of the waiters' eye. The Red cappuccinos my husband and I ordered, were thick on top with too much cinnamon / rooibos sticks. The waiter never came back to hear if we were satisfied and we were not. In the end we managed to ask for the cupcake to be remove from the bill. No apologies, no nothing, just bad. This branch not up to standard.
