Hi Sir /Madam<br> <br> I will like to take this time to applaud Precious from the Carlswald branch . Her customer service is tremendous and is always quick and helpful . <br> Her positive and friendly engaging attitude have built a good friendship with precious and our family. She is always happy to serve us when we are at Mugg and Bean atleast twice a month .<br> <br> When she is not around. We can feel the difference . It's not that the general customer service is bad , but Precious stands out from the rest.<br> This is what makes us come back to the Carlswald branch for more and more.
