aweful service

I was at Mugg n Bean Lakeside mall for breakfast on Saturday 19Th September with my family. However, I was disgusted with the terrible service and even worse food. The restaurant was fairly quiet so I was horrified by the fact that our breakfast came to us cold and greasy. We ordered a side of hashbrown on each breakfast and side of chips on one but it was such a small hashbrown, if you blinked, you would have missed it on the plate. as for the side of chips.....well that was about 10 dry leftover chips on a plate. I have eaten at a few Mugg n bean franchises but this was the worst. When I complained, the manager who took forever to firstly get there, said that all he could do was speak to kitchen staff. My parents were still hungry after their breakfast. Even the fried tomato on the plate was disgusting.<br> the waitress was very moody after we complained and didn't even say thank you for the tip we left her even tho we weren't obliged to....<br> I will tell everyone I know never to eat at Mugg n Bean Lakeside mall EVER
