Attrocious service

This weekend I popped in to Mugg & Bean for a quick ****in & hot chocolate for my son. The seats we were given had a massive stain and some very large tears. It then took over 15 minutes for the ****in to arrive (outrageous considering no cooking is involved) and another 10 minutes before the hot chocolate arrived. Absolutely disgusting service and I will never go there again
