Are they *****ing from cluents at Dithlabeng mall?

Wednesday I bought a serious red latte at the Dihlabeng mall branch. They charged me R57 for the latte and they did not give my discount for my keep cup. The Red latte (serious) cost only R54. Thus they took the R3 and the R5 for the keep cup. And this is not the first time something like this happened to me. They also did not want to give me an invoice but persisted in giving me the order.

The personnel there are not entirely transparent.
