Appalling Service at Springs Mall Mug & Bean

Would like to complain about the appalling service at Springs Mall Mug & Bean. We waited 15 minutes before we were helped. The floor manager is no where to be found. When we received the bill the watress walked away and did not come back so left the Bill with the money on the table. We could have walked out without paying and the waitress would not have noticed. Clearly this is a big concern for the company. Sad to say this is not the first bad experience we had.

We Love the food, just don't understand why the service has to be different in Springs Mall.
