Appalling food quality with a hint of FOOD POISONING.

On 02 March 2023 I stopped at Mugg & Bean on Atlas Road and purchased a Chicken, Cheese and bacon wrap. Little did I know that I would end up with food poisoning. I notified Lerato at the Mugg and Bean of the problem. She said she would notify the Area managers and get back to me. She did call me on the 3rd and said that someone from head office would get back to me. Today the 14th and still no feedback. Mugg & Beans quality is really appalling lately. Two months ago, I was at the East Rand mall branch and ordered a Big Ben, only to have a rotten tomato at the bottom. For the prices you pay, you would expect quality. Sadly, this is no longer the case.
