American Express No Thank You-Eat Elsewhere

Recently Mugg and Bean opened a new outlet in the Umhlanga Sands Umhlanga Rocks. I would think they would want to establish a good clientele quickly but have not started off well. Firstly they will not accept American Express Cards like all of of their other outlets in Durban, which means I will rather support the other restaurants in the area. Bear in mind that I eat 2 meals a day in restaurants in Umhlanga. Secondly Mugg and Bean are known for missing in action when you want to settle your bill. Either staff are not trained to monitor the tables they have been allocated or due to Covid-19 they are working with limited staff. Please sort out the American Express card issue.
