Allergic Reaction

**GREENSTONE** Specifically requested **NO TOMATOES NO ONIONS** in my breakfast as I am highly allergic and waitress was kind enough to note this down while taking order , to my surprise I dig into the hashbrowns and my allergy flairs up , we requested to know if the recipe had onions or if hash brown was fried in oil that had onions in , she went to the kitchen to check while this took a while my allergy was getting out of control and had to rush to pharmacy to get meds to combat the reaction.

I specifically requested and reiterated no sign of tomatoes and onions due to my allergy but to my surprise I'm trying to combat the reaction due to negligence , something that could have landed me in hospital

not even the GM/Kitchen Manager could to tell us If the recipe had onions or not and said Hash Browns are prepared offsite
