Absolutely shocking service and food!!!!

<p>So as a family we were excited to be going out for Mother's day breakfast at the Glen Marais branch. We arrived and gave our drinks order and i specifically asked for my daughters hot chocolate to be in a large take away cup and to not be piping hot as it is for a 5 year old. When it was received, i could barely touch the cup it was so hot and instead of cold milk, EXTRA hot milk was added. All good, her and her dad swopped as his was cooler than hers! We ordered the kids breakfasts first - 2 eggs on toast and a egg in a nest. order came - avo and egg on toast and an egg in a nest!!!!!!!!!!!!! The waiter still argued with me, saying that is what i ordered, my daughter would never eat avo, so no that is not what i ordered! Manager came and took the correct order. Food arrived, the egg in a nest was missing the tomato and cheese, cheese cam about 3min later, but the tomato never arrived! As i was cutting my daughters toast, the egg fell apart. It was so raw it was see through - HOW THE HELL DO YOU BRING OUT RAW EGG???? I politely took it to the manager and requested mine and my husbands food in a takeaway and the bill. The manager brought the bill, wiothout bringing our food yet. On thge bill was everything including the avo and egg on toast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The manager handled the situation absolutely shockingly. We have had a bad experience there before, but though that we would give them a chance - NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!</p>
