Absolutely pathetic attitude and treatment from staff - Khumbula

I had a very disappointing experience at Mugg & Bean Mall of the South. When we arrived, we waited at the entrance and asked a staff member named Khumbula whether the restaurant was halal. His response was extremely rude and unhelpful.

After that, we stood at the entrance for about five minutes without being acknowledged, and eventually had to seat ourselves.

Even after noticing us, Khumbula made no effort to assist. We then had to ask for menus, and instead of helping, he responded by saying he had already told us the restaurant is not halal. We explained that we had spoken to someone else regarding the matter, but he rudely dismissed us and said that person should assist us instead.

The lack of basic customer service and respect was shocking. Having staff with such a poor attitude dealing with customers is unacceptable and reflects very badly on the establishment.
