Absolute pathetic service by kitchen staff

Absolute pathetic service. My husband, sister and I went to have breakfast at the Atterbury Mugg & Bean (Pretoria) on 26 May 2019. We arrived there at 9 am and placed our food orders at approximately 9:10 am. My husband ordered a bacon, feta, avo and mozzarella toasted sandwich with two extra eggs; my sister ordered the Big Ben eggs benedict and I ordered the Country style breakfast. I have to mention that the waiter that served us was very nice and did a very good job under the circumstances. It is the kitchen staff that proceeded to make our experience there horrible. After waiting 40min for our food, I had to ask our waiter what was going on and why we were not being served. Now I know that 40min is not a very long waiting time, however during this time 3 families of 3 and a couple, who came in and sat down at there tables a while after we placed our food order, were served their food before ours. We finally got our food 50min after placing our order. My plate of food was cold and the cauliflower hashbrowns on my plate were disappointing as they were about the size of R5 coins. I really did expect much more from a huge franchise like this.
