A customer service Hero worth mentioning!

I went to have a quick cappuccino and get back on the road and instead stayed a little longer to have a light and delicious meal and a second cappuccino. The reason for this is the friendly and very proffesional person by the name of Howard at The Glen shopping mall. Howard's approach and attitude was and is of such a calibre and nature that I felt like I was somehow important or influential. There wasn't the slightest hint of manipulation on his part only a sincere desire to provide the best customer service experience possible. Long story short it was a very pleasant and positively thought provoking experience. Thankyou once again Howard!!!
