5 stars for solving my previous complaint
<p>I complained about stale cheesecake last week and M&B promply responded. Liberty, the manager gave me a call and invited me for a free cuppachino and slice of cheesecake. I decided to pop in today and even though he was off shift, Stich the other manager assisted me with friendliness and professionalism and understood what the point was that I was trying to make. The cuppa and cake was delicious and 5 stars for the way M&B handled everything. </p>
