45 MINUTE ORDER AT MUGG & BEAN ERMELO

Today my wife and I went to Mugg & Bean Ermelo to enjoy a coffee, but was not even greeted at the door by any of the staff. We seated ourselves and waited for 10 minutes before someone brought us menus. The waiter returned after about another 10 minutes, but at that point we haven't decided what we were going to drink. after deciding on our drinks, no waiter was available to take our order. Another waiter came by after waiting for another 10 minutes to take our order, which was a Decedant Chocolate Hot Milkshake and a Cafe Mocha. After waiting 25 minutes for our order, i approached one of the waiters to find out how long does it take to make our order. After about 5 minutes, the manager on duty approached us and apologized for the long wait, and offered us our drinks on the house. She also assured us that our drink are going to be made at that moment. After about 10 minutes, our waiter approached us and told us that they are only going to make our order now, as there was only 1 barista on duty, which is totally unacceptable. We told him to cancel our order, as we have decided to leave and never come back to Mugg & Bean Ermelo, until they have sorted out their staff and the value of service that they give to their clients. This is terrible, and wish to bring this poor attitude of service ethics to the attention of Mugg & Bean Head office. Either shape up, or close the restaurant
