Mug & Bean Landside Cape Town International Airport

On Wed 21June2023 @05:55 at Mug Ń Bean Cape Town international airport - Avery denied me service and advised that if I put in a query in that i must not come back to that branch ever again.

I had a Vitality voucher and he said that he was offline with the vouchers. I mentioned to him to print out the slip and if the voucher fails that i will pay with my credit card, its fine. He then continued to mention that he gets warnings for these things. I assume that meant the Vitality coffee vouchers (and I’m uncertain as to why he gets warnings for this and as to why i am being denied service). I then advised that i am going to query this, he then mentioned that if i put in a query then i should never come back to that branch ever again and he also asked the staff working there to not serve me.

I feel that this is a ************** on another level as i am airport staff working for an airline but mostly drink cuppacinos from Mug & Bean from Cape Town International airport airside branch and the staff and service are usually friendly. I fail to see what the vendetta is with Avery and airport staff.
