10 Easy Coffees for R99 - Not a good deal

My wife and I recently purchased the 10 Easy Coffees for R99 promotion. However, we have encountered recurring issues with the payment and ordering system at the Mugg & Bean outlets, particularly during early morning visits. On multiple occasions, the baristas informed us that they were experiencing system difficulties.

In addition, it appears that some staff members have not been adequately trained on the proper use of the system and the mobile app. For new users, the available options are not always intuitive, which suggests shortcomings in both the application’s design and its overall user-experience flow.

Because the 10 Easy Coffees promotion has a time limit, these ongoing system issues may prevent us from fully utilizing the offer before it expires. This combination of system instability and insufficient staff training is leading to a frustrating and disappointing customer experience.
