Again dissapointed

We enter the store at 14:45 on Sunday 15 December 2024. Immediately the not so friendly waitress told us, she cannot serve us as the place are closing at 15:00. We asked for the menu to order a takeaway drink. After a few minute, I went to the counter, and the lady and her 3 colleagues were chatting. When enquire about the menu, I was told he was "busy" making coffee. We did not order coffee, only asking for the menu. Clearly, they are not interested to assist. If they want to close, why not closing the doors. I recently moved from another city and is not use to this kind of attitude. Are all the M&B shops not to adhere to the same standard? I am a loyality member of M&B, but this is not what I am use to.
