We pass this branch every two weeks when traveling through Robertson. The cappuccino quality at this branch is poor, when compared to other branches I frequent, such as Cape Town, Cape Gate and Tygervalley, just to mention a few. Additionally, this branch never has any cappuccino cookies, citing the baker's unavailability every time. We were there yesterday again at 15:00. Against my better judgment I decided to give this branch another try, but this time it went from bad to worse. For a while, nobody was available to assist in the front and there were already people queuing when I arrived. I requested assistance from someone in the store and that person ran out to find a Mugg & Bean staff member. Someone (no name badge, but who said her name was Nicole Hester) arrived eventually, and by that time the people who queued before me left and I requested the usual. Needless to say, the coffee wasn't great and the staff member was not very friendly. I have reported this a few weeks ago, and yet no-one from Mugg & Bean has contacted me regarding this incident.
