Gugu charged me and did not deliver the food via uber eats or in person when I came in
Gugu, the manager, is rude and refused to aid when I ordered an uber eats and they did not have stock. I was charged for the order and Gugu refused to look at the message I showed her after having to drive in because they won’t answer the phone, she refused to give me a refund, she refused to give me a menu so I can order something in replacement for what I’ve paid for, and she refused to acknowledge my issue. When I asked if there’s another manager I can speak to about the issue she called me a dumb@ss. I reported the issue and the owner said they would contact me regarding the issue but nothing has happened and as Gugu is still there everyday I don’t really want to go to that outlet at all.
