Worst experience ever

I had the absolute worst service at Heidelberg mall Mug & Bean. The waiters is disgustingly rude the manager Razia is a disgrace to speak with and extremely ****ing rude, we went to the front desk and waited to be seated, the front desk person just gave us the menus and we chose the seats which is fine but the service was terrible, we waited 10 minutes to be helped for drinks and then after the order was taken we saw our drinks on the counter and saw our waiter looking at us and just sat at the counter. She did not once come check up on us and just sat and watched us. She was also chit chatting with the other waiters, after we eventually ate our food and asked for the bill, she then proceeded to help someone else who came in 20 minutes after us, then we got our bill after 5 minutes of asking for it. We asked to speak to the manager Razia and she came and we calmly told her about the rude service and she then proceeded to be full of herself and just was not interested in helping us at all. That place should close their door because its absolutely ****ing disgusting service and never in my life have I been so disappointed in a Mugg & Bean, disgraceful.
