Not impressed

Ordered a cake for my daughter's 13th birthday.. What a disaster! Was very disappointed and embarrassed as the cake was hard and dry.. Definitely not fresh. My guests never even ate it. It fell apart when cutting. I did email Monique and she sent her driver to collect a sample to send for quality testing? The last email I got from her was to ask what temperature I had the cake at.. If I had a fresh cake out of the fridge for a week it would still be soft! That cake was not freshly baked or was made with limited ingredients! Not my first time ordering from them, I've never had a problem before but this has definitely put me off. It was a big day for my daughter and even she was upset. I did tell Monique that I do not want a refund but a new freshly made cake, but got no reply! The level of service and quality has really dropped!
