terrible customer sevices

To whom it may concern<br> On Saturday the 11th of April 2015. I visited the ****in club when I entered the store the lady who was the only one at the store didn't even greet us. She was rude I asked her if the stuff was fresh she told me no it's not. When I asked her when fresh stuff was coming in she ignored my question. I selected the stuff I needed and paid for it while paying she leaves the till and goes away comes back and just trow my stuff in the packet she smashed all the cakes I bought coz she mis handled them she was very rude unfriendly I don't expect this kind or service <br> I bought for over 200 rand
